II had the opportunity to illustrate Chocolate Unwrapped: A Taste of the Science, History and Magic of Chocolate, a nonfiction children’s book published by Gloo Books. Through vibrant food illustration, visual storytelling, and engaging scenes, the book explores the science, history, culture, and global journey of chocolate.The project combines food, science, history, and cultural storytelling—bringing complex information to life in an accessible and engaging way for young readers.
