Food illustration : Boozy ice-cream ~ a quick dessert from a wet bar

Sometimes strawberries from my grocery are hit and miss. I get the sour and taste so-so strawberries often, and this is my solution. Sprinkle some granulated sugar and a splash of Grand-Marnier (that is an orange flavored cognac) on strawberries, and eat them with ice-cream! Even better if you add maraschino cherries and their syrup. Quick and tasty, perfect for after dinner. (My favorite is made with coconut ice-cream.) I guess my husband scratches his head why his cognac disappears so quickly though...
