Dengaku Miso is sweet and savory, vegan friendly miso glaze, This simple and easy sauce is awesome for grilled vegetables and Tofu, even better caramelize top of the glaze with a torch. Make this dish and serve with cold Soba noodles, it will be a perfect summer night dinner!
Ingredients
*2 table spoons Sake or water
*3 table spoons Miso
*3 table spoons Mirin
*3 table spoons sugar
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, simmer over low heat and gently stir for 3 minutes until it gets thick.
2. Drizzle on Grilled vegetables (such as a eggplant, zucchini, etc) and Tofu, enjoy!
